Platform Nature Buynic operates as an online product discovery and ordering platform. Buynic: • Sources products from third-party suppliers and vendors • Facilitates customer orders • Arrange delivery through logistics partners Buynic is not the manufacturer of listed products. (This clause is VERY important legally.) 2. Product Information We attempt to display accurate product descriptions and images. However: • Colors, sizes, or appearance may vary slightly. • Product availability may change without notice. 3. Order Acceptance Orders placed are considered order requests, not guaranteed confirmations. We reserve the right to: • Cancel suspicious or invalid orders • Cancel orders due to supplier unavailability • Cancel incorrect pricing or listing errors Customers will be informed if cancellation occurs. 4. Pricing & Payments Most orders are fulfilled using Cash on Delivery (COD).
